Elev8ed Integrated Marketing Pty Ltd trading as Elev8ed Integrated Marketing, ABN 88 688 629 496, ACN 688 629 496, operates the website at https://elev8edmarketing.com.au/ and provides digital marketing, modern search visibility, conversion rate optimisation, performance advertising, analytics, automation, website optimisation and related services for Australian businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information. It is designed for an Australian digital marketing agency website and should be read together with our Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy and our Electronic Marketing and Communications Policy.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal information we handle through our website, contact forms, booking forms, email, phone, discovery calls, audits, proposals, marketing activity, client onboarding, project delivery and business operations.

If we process personal information on behalf of a client, for example customer lists, analytics data, CRM records, advertising audiences, lead data or email marketing data, we generally do so as a service provider under the relevant client agreement or project instructions. The client remains responsible for ensuring it has the right consents, notices and permissions to provide that information to us and to use it for marketing or analytics purposes.

  • enquiry details, consultation details, service interests, marketing goals, challenges, budget indicators and project requirements;

Where the Privacy Act applies and we disclose personal information overseas, we will take reasonable steps required by law to ensure the overseas recipient handles personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, unless an exception applies.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Measures may include access controls, secure cloud platforms, password management, multi factor authentication where available, staff and contractor confidentiality obligations, secure file sharing, account access reviews and incident response processes.

As at the version date above, we do not arrange for a computer program to use personal information to make decisions that could reasonably be expected to significantly affect an individual’s rights or interests. If this changes, we will update this policy. Additional Australian Privacy Principle requirements relating to substantially automated decisions are scheduled to commence on 10 December 2026 for APP entities.

16. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
